I had a great visit at Pullman! The staff, especially Ms. Cathy, were exceptionally helpful. She went the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant stay, helping me navigate downtown and recommending local tours and food options. I also appreciated the air purifier in my room, as I have asthma. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with a fantastic bed and spacious bathroom. The location near the airport was convenient, and I enjoyed the live singers and fun robot. I would definitely book this hotel again without hesitation.

I recently stayed at a hotel close to the airport for an overnight layover and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The hotel was located right on the airport, making it very convenient for travelers with luggage and it was within an easy walking distance of the airport terminal. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness of my room was top-notch. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Being right at the Lukou airport is incredibly convenient, especially for those with early morning flights or a long drive from Nanjing. It eliminates the need for a shuttle service and minimizes the hassle of battling inclement weather.

Location & Complementary facts the hotel is strategically located near the airport and subway, making it very easy to get around. the gym and indoor pool are also great facilities to use. there were a couple of free snacks and coffee available in the lobby which was a nice touch.

Noisy & Dirty Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty and the shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor which was a hazard for slipping. the noise level from the nearby airport was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep well.

I had a great experience staying at this convenient hotel located right in the terminal and by the airport. the location was perfect for early morning flights, as I was just a short walk away from the check-in counters. the room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. In total everything was fine, from the exceptional service from the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast provided. the view from my room was stunning, showcasing the surrounding area in a beautiful way.

The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to access from the airport. The breakfast offered a decent selection of Eastern and Western dishes. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The noise from the highway outside was noticeable and disruptive during the night. The water pressure in the shower was too low, making it difficult to wash properly.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all our needs to relax before our flight. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre and Indoor swimming pool, added an extra touch of indulgence. the massage service was exceptional and relaxed us completely. the restaurant served delicious meals and the in-room breakfast was served on time, as requested.

The negative aspect was the noise from the planes taking off and landing. Although it was not very loud, it was noticeable during the night, which slightly affected our sleep quality.
